Evidence-based, always personal

At Body Fusion, our team of Accredited Practising Dietitians (APD) supports individuals across Sydney to build a healthier and more confident relationship with food. With clinics in Hunters Hill, Lane Cove, North Sydney and Rozelle, we provide evidence-based nutrition care that is personalised to your goals, your medical history and the way you actually live.
We believe lasting change comes from sustainable habits not restrictive diets or short-term fixes. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, navigating a hormonal change, supporting your
gut health, or working toward a healthier weight, our dietitians are here to guide you with practical, realistic strategies that fit into your everyday life
Choosing the right dietitian matters. Our approach is holistic, evidence-based, and delivered with warmth, patience, and genuine investment in your wellbeing.
01
Accredited Practising Dietitians (APD)
Every dietitian at Body Fusion holds the Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) credential through Dietitians Australia, the only nutrition credential recognised by Medicare, the Department of Veterans’ Affairs and most private health funds. APDs commit to ongoing professional development and adhere to strict national standards of practice, so you can feel confident the advice you receive is current, ethical and evidence-based.
02
Personalised, Evidence-Based Care
No two people are the same, and neither are our nutrition plans. We take the time to understand your health history, lifestyle, food preferences and goals before developing a strategy that is genuinely tailored to you. Our recommendations are grounded in current nutrition science and clinical research, translated into practical guidance you can actually use.
03
A Sustainable Lifestyle Approach
We do not believe in quick fixes, restrictive rules or one-size-fits-all meal plans. Our focus is on helping you build sustainable habits and behaviours that support your health for life. The changes we work on together are designed to fit into your routine, your culture and the foods you love, so they are realistic to maintain long after your appointments end.
04
Collaborative, Long-Term Support
We see our role as a partnership. From your first consultation onwards, we work alongside you to set realistic goals, adjust your plan as life changes, and keep you motivated and accountable. Our team genuinely cares about your progress, and we are here to support you across the whole journey, not just a single appointment.

Booking a dietitian for the first time often comes with questions. Here are answers to the ones we hear most often from new clients.
You can book in three ways: online through our Cliniko booking system, by phone on 0422 297 721, or by requesting a free Discovery Call. The Discovery Call is a short, no-obligation chat to help you decide whether Body Fusion is the right fit before committing to a full consultation.
No, you do not need a referral to book a private consultation with a dietitian. However, if you would like to access Medicare rebates, you will need a referral from your GP under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan. Some private health funds may also have their own requirements, so check with your provider.
Initial consultations are typically 45 to 60 minutes, giving us time to thoroughly understand your health history, goals and lifestyle. Follow-up sessions are usually 30 to 45 minutes. Exact session lengths will be confirmed when you book.
Availability varies across our four clinics and our team of dietitians. Our online booking system shows real-time availability, so the easiest way to find the soonest appointment is to check Cliniko directly. For urgent requests, please call us on 0422 297 721.
Fees vary depending on the type of consultation, the location and the dietitian. Current pricing is displayed on our Cliniko booking page when you select an appointment type. Medicare and private health fund rebates may apply for eligible clients.
Clients with certain chronic conditions may be eligible for Medicare rebates through a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan. This requires a referral from your GP and provides access to up to five rebated allied health sessions per calendar year. Speak with your GP to find out if you are eligible.
Many private health funds offer rebates for dietitian consultations under their extras cover. Where supported, rebates can be processed on the day of your appointment through HICAPS. We recommend checking with your individual fund to confirm your level of cover and any out-of-pocket costs.
Our dietitians support a wide range of health concerns and goals, including:
You can find more detail on each of these areas on our individual service pages.
Your first appointment is a relaxed, non-judgmental conversation. Your dietitian will ask about your health history, current eating patterns, lifestyle, goals and any concerns you would like to address. From there, you will work together to agree on a realistic, practical plan that fits your life. You will leave with clear next steps and a clearer sense of direction.
It depends on your goals, your condition and how you respond to changes over time. Some clients see us for a handful of sessions to address a specific concern, while others continue for longer to support more complex or ongoing health goals. At your first appointment, your dietitian will recommend a care plan that suits your needs and we will adjust together as you progress.
Our team regularly shares practical, evidence-based nutrition insights, recipes and tips on the Body Fusion blog. Browse our latest articles below.
