As an experienced Accredited Practising Dietitian and proud business owner, Tatiana’s journey began with a passion for transforming lives through balanced, sustainable eating. With a focus on preventing chronic diseases, promoting well-being, and leaving you feeling incredible, Tatiana is your guide on this journey.

Tatiana excels in private practice consulting, crafting tailored experiences for diverse clients. Her approach prioritises your unique needs, offering solutions that fit like a glove. Weight loss is another area where Tatiana shines, with years of experience spanning children and adults. Chyncia Salerno is an accredited practicing dietitian who combines deep expertise with a true passion for helping individuals achieve their comprehensive wellness goals. With experience across a wide range of areas, including sports, women’s health and chronic disease management.

 

Chyncia’s strength lies in her ability to form personalised connections with her clients, understanding that health is a multifaceted journey. She empowers individuals to develop lasting habits, deepen their nutritional knowledge, and foster a positive relationship with food that nurtures both the body and mind, all while aligning with their unique goals.

 

A key element of Chyncia’s philosophy comes from her European heritage, growing up surrounded by rich culinary traditions with a deep appreciation for cooking and gathering around meals. She integrates this passion into her work with clients, encouraging them to enjoy the food they eat while supporting their health goals.

 

Chyncia’s dedication to sports nutrition stems from her own experiences as a dancer. Her passion for helping athletes thrive through proper nutrition is rooted in her belief that food plays a pivotal role in enhancing performance and overall well-being. She is committed to working with dancers and athletes to optimise their nutrition and fuel their best performance in any sport.

 

Outside of her professional role, Chyncia teaches dance and dances herself, plays soccer and enjoys quality time outdoors.

Melissa Zhou

Meet Melissa, an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a passion for helping individuals find joy and confidence in nourishing their bodies through food. With a focus on gut health and weight management, Melissa works collaboratively with clients to build achievable and sustainable healthy eating habits that fit their unique lifestyles.

 

Melissa believes that nutrition is not one-size-fits-all. She tailors her approach to each individual, providing personalised strategies, ongoing support, and accountability to ensure clients feel confident in their food choices. Her goal is to empower individuals to build and maintain a healthy relationship with food and their bodies, helping them feel good both inside and out.

 

With a compassionate and practical approach, Melissa is dedicated to making nutrition accessible and enjoyable, guiding her clients toward long-term success.

 

Outside of her practice, Melissa loves to stay active through yoga, swimming, and keeping up with her dog at the park.

As Dietitian's passionate in assisting individuals with IBS, we have completed further training with Monash University to safely and effectively implement a low FODMAP diet in clinical practice.
