Hormone- aware.
Tailored to where you are right now — whether that’s PCOS in your twenties or rebuilding strength through menopause.
Women’s nutritional needs shift across every life stage — and conditions like PCOS, endometriosis and perimenopause can make eating feel even more complicated. Generic nutrition advice rarely accounts for any of this.
Our dietitians take a hormone-aware, life-stage-specific approach to women’s health, so the support you receive actually matches what your body is going through.

Hormone-aware,
evidence-based,
sustainable.
Three principles that shape how we work with women across every life stage — without trends, fads or fear-based food rules.
01
Hormone-aware, life-stage-specific
We tailor your nutrition support to where you are right now — whether that’s managing PCOS in your twenties, supporting fertility in your thirties, navigating perimenopause in your forties, or rebuilding strength through menopause and beyond.
02
Evidence-based, not wellness trends
Women’s health is full of trending diets, supplements and protocols not well-supported by evidence. Our recommendations are grounded in current research and clinical practice — not whatever’s trending on social media.
03
Sustainable, not restrictive
No restrictive elimination protocols, rigid meal plans or fear-based food rules. Our focus is on sustainable, realistic strategies that support your hormones and your wellbeing without taking over your life.
03
Some women’s health conditions — including PCOS, endometriosis and thyroid disorders — may qualify as chronic conditions under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan from your GP.
Under this scheme, eligible clients can access rebated allied health sessions per calendar year — which can include dietitian consultations.
5
rebated sessions per year
For eligible clients, this can significantly reduce the out-of- pocket cost of ongoing nutrition care.
Eligibility is decided by your GP. Many private health funds also offer rebates under extras cover.
01
Book an appointment with your GP
Ask about a CDM Plan and whether you're eligible based on your condition.
02
Your GP prepares the plan & referral
If your GP agrees, they prepare the CDM Plan and a referral for dietetic services.
03
Bring it to your first appointment
We process your Medicare rebate at the time of service — you only pay the gap.
How we work with you.
From your first appointment through to long-term care that adapts as your hormones and life stage change.
1
60-min initial
Your dietitian takes a detailed history of your health, hormonal background, current symptoms, eating patterns, lifestyle and goals. We listen first — then work with you to set realistic, meaningful priorities.
2
Tailored plan
You leave with a clear, practical plan tailored to your life stage, your condition and your day-to-day reality — food choices, meal structure, supplements where the evidence stacks up, and lifestyle factors like sleep and stress.
3
Across life stages
Women's health is not static. Follow-up sessions help us adjust your plan as your hormones, symptoms or life stage change — so the support continues to fit you over time.

Many private health funds also offer rebates for dietitian consultations under extras cover. Rebate amounts vary, so check with your fund to confirm your level of cover.
Nutrition is widely recognised as an important part of managing conditions like PCOS, endometriosis and menopause. While dietary changes are not a cure, evidence suggests targeted nutrition support may help with symptom management, energy, weight, mood and overall wellbeing. Your dietitian will discuss what is realistic to expect based on your individual situation.
