Chocolate Crackels

INGREDIENTS

1 bag (150g) Puffed Soy Protein Crisps
1 packet (100g) Lindt Extra Dark Chocolate
¼ cup (60g) Unsalted Smooth Almond Butter

METHOD

  1. Melt the chocolate squares in the microwave for 30sec-1 minute
  2. Stir through the bag of puffed soy protein crips and almond butter
  3. Stir until chocolate has coated all the soy crisps
  4. Using a tablespoon place 1 spoonful onto a baking tray lined with baking paper
  5. Place in the fridge uncovered for 30 minutes to set
  6. Store in the fridge and enjoy in moderation!
