INGREDIENTS
1 bag (150g) Puffed Soy Protein Crisps
1 packet (100g) Lindt Extra Dark Chocolate
¼ cup (60g) Unsalted Smooth Almond Butter
METHOD
- Melt the chocolate squares in the microwave for 30sec-1 minute
- Stir through the bag of puffed soy protein crips and almond butter
- Stir until chocolate has coated all the soy crisps
- Using a tablespoon place 1 spoonful onto a baking tray lined with baking paper
- Place in the fridge uncovered for 30 minutes to set
- Store in the fridge and enjoy in moderation!
