

Ingredients
- 500g Turkey mince
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1 large spring onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon white or black sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 5 tablespoons Kehoe’s Kitchen Beetroot Sauerkraut
- 60g spinach/ rocket leave mix
- 3 tomatoes, sliced into circles
- 1 large avocado, mashed
- 5 wholegrain burger buns
- 5 tsp Kewpie Mayo (optional)
Method
- Combine turkey mince, carrot, spring onion, sesame, coriander and pepper in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Shape into 6 patties.
- Heat fry pan on medium heat. Add some spray oil onto pan.
- Cook patties for 6-10 minutes each side until surface browned.
- Stack patties on wholegrain burger bread roll with avocado, tomato slices, spinach/ rocket leaves and 1 tablespoon of beetroot sauerkraut and 1 tsp of mayo.
- Serve with a side salad.
