Heard of Chia Pudding but have no idea how to make it? Here is a delicious recipe below which will knock your socks off.


  • 6 Tbsp chia seeds

  • Tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 cup light coconut milk

  • 0.5 cup kefir (I used coconut flavour)

  • 0.5 cup greek yoghurt

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 mashed banana

  • 2x poached pears, pureed or diced (depends on what texture you like!)

  • Handful of fresh or frozen blueberries


  1. Poach pears: Example recipe here (can omit spice if you want or keep, remembering there is already cinnamon added in this recipe)

  2. Add all ingredients to a large jar and shake vigorously until there are no clumps and everything is all combined

  3. Place in the fridge overnight or for at least a couple of hours

  4. Serve topped with blueberries
