Ingredients
250 g almond meal
2 teaspoons baking powder
3x medium-large ripe bananas, smashed
3x eggs
0.25 cup of honey
Tbsp chia seeds
80 ml macadamia nut oil or extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons vanilla essence/extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 nutmeg
40g crushed walnuts
Generous handful of white choc chips
Method:
Pre-heat the oven to 160 degrees fan forced
Grease a loaf tin (Approx. 10 cm wide and 26 cm long) with olive oil spray
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl except white choc chips and walnuts
Add mixture to tin and top with walnuts and choc chips
Bake for 45 minutes and until golden on top
