Everyone loves some warm breakfast options in the morning leading into the cooler months. Ash has been experimenting with a new baked porridge option and shares below. This rises like a cake (and tastes likes cake, winning!)

Serves 2


  • One cup of traditional oats

  • One cup of milk

  • One banana, mashed

  • Punnet raspberries or poached apple

  • Tbsp nut butter

  • 2x tsp cinnamon

  • Tsp baking powder

  • 4x Tbsp greek yoghurt

  • Optional: Scoop of protein powder


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees

  2. Grease a small tin or ramekin with oil or margarine

  3. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly

  4. Add ingredients to tin/ramekin

  5. Bake for approximately until 25 mins (Or brown and risen)

  6. Leave to cool for 2-3 minutes

  7. Scoop into 2x bowls

  8. Top with yoghurt and raspberries or poached apple
