Everyone loves some warm breakfast options in the morning leading into the cooler months. Ash has been experimenting with a new baked porridge option and shares below. This rises like a cake (and tastes likes cake, winning!)
Serves 2
Ingredients:
One cup of traditional oats
One cup of milk
One banana, mashed
Punnet raspberries or poached apple
Tbsp nut butter
2x tsp cinnamon
Tsp baking powder
4x Tbsp greek yoghurt
Optional: Scoop of protein powder
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees
Grease a small tin or ramekin with oil or margarine
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly
Add ingredients to tin/ramekin
Bake for approximately until 25 mins (Or brown and risen)
Leave to cool for 2-3 minutes
Scoop into 2x bowls
Top with yoghurt and raspberries or poached apple
