Healthy Immune Boosting Drinks When Working From Home

1.     Anti-inflammatory Booster 

  • 1 cup hot water

  • ½ tsp. raw honey

  • 2 tbsp. fresh lemon

  • 1 tsp. fresh or dried ginger spice

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon spice

  • ½ tsp. turmeric spice

2.     Heart Health Booster

  • 1x decaf chai tea bag (I use Nerada Organic or Dandy Chai)

  • 1 cup hot water

  • ½ tsp. raw honey

  • ½ tsp. cinnamon spice

3.     Antioxidant Rich Hot Cocoa

  • 1 cup milk of choice (unsweetened soy or almond or low fat/skim dairy milk)

  • 1-2 tbsp. raw cacao powder

  • 1 tsp. maple syrup or raw honey

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon spice 

4.     Creamy Immune Booster

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond and coconut milk

  • 1 tsp. turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp. grated ginger or ½ tsp. ginger spice

  • 1 tsp. raw honey

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon spice

  • Dash of vanilla essence
