200g rolled oats

250ml reduced-fat milk or apple juice

2 apples, unpeeled and grated

30g chopped hazlenuts

200g low-fat yoghurt

2 tsp honey

Optional: Sprinkle of berries on top!

 

 

Method:

Combine ingredients and leave overnight
